11. Booking conditions
In order to guarantee your reservation, we ask you to provide us with your credit card number or to pay a deposit directly to the hotelier. You are kindly requested to plan an arrival at the hotel before 8:30 PM and to notify the hotelier in the event of late arrival.
For bookings subject to a deposit payment, please note that the reservation remains subject to receipt of the deposit within the allotted time frame. Payment is made in full on-site by the customer to the hotelier.
12. Cancellation policy
If you cancel before 8:00 PM 8 day(s) before arrival, the cancellation is free of charge; 8 day(s) or less before arrival, the first night will be charged; 2 day(s) or less before arrival, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, you have a right of access, rectification, and opposition regarding personal data concerning you.
